You know you should do better.

You should be able to say no, hold your boundaries, protect your time and energy.

You know you’re supposed to love yourself better than you actually do.

But even when you try, it’s like this invisible force keeps sucking you back into overgiving, saying yes when you mean no, hiding your real feelings to keep the peace, putting other’s needs first because you’re terrified of being called selfish…

On the outside, your life looks successful. Great career. Good job title. Home. Relationship. Family. Community. You create impact.

No one in your circle would guess at the woman you hide inside.

The one who quietly conceals anxiety by overperforming because she’s afraid her emotions will be too much.

The one who manages everyone else’s moods so she won’t be abandoned.

The one who gives in to the next request and the next, even when she’s depleted because she doesn’t want to disappoint anyone.

The one who makes sure she’s the “good girl” and worries that she’s somehow secretly not enough. Never enough. And too much. All at the same time.

You’re powerful from the outside, but inside you’re ashamed of just how scared you truly are. How mean you are to yourself. How convinced you are that no one would love you if they knew the real you.

And, you think it’s your fault.

If only you were the woman who loved herself the way you’ve been told you should love yourself, you’d do better. At all of it, right?

What if I were to tell you that it’s not your fault.

That what you assume is a personal failure to be the self-loving, brave, unflinching woman who stands up for her truth and her inner authority has a deeper cause.

One that has nothing to do with your courage or capability to love yourself.

One that has everything to do with invisible conditioning perpetuated by the patriarchy.

A hidden contract that you never knowingly signed that quietly influences every decision you make.

It’s The Good Girl Contract.

Invisible rules that shape how women perceive themselves, their value, their worth and their place in relationships, religion, work, society.

And they’re running in the background of your life right now.

They’re the invisible force that keeps sucking you back into overgiving, overperforming, making sure everyone else’s needs matter more than your feelings.

We’ve been told that it’s from childhood wounds, attachment style, how we were raised.

We’ve been told that it’s just how we are, our personality, what we’ve failed to develop within ourselves despite all the personal development work we’ve done – and keep doing.

What we haven’t been told is that it’s an insidious silent system that keeps women abandoning ourselves, keeps us submissive, keeps us so convinced that we need approval to matter that we run our whole lives based on seeking that approval – without even knowing it.

This is why years of self-development work that assumes you are the issue never really solves this.

This is why we can never truly feel like we love ourselves the way we are meant to.

This is why therapy has us working on what we feel is wrong with us – instead of focusing on where the source of the issue actually lies: outside ourselves.

The Good Girl Contract keeps women defeating themselves. And what better way to keep us playing smaller than we’re capable of, than to get us to self-abandon, self-defeat?

It wasn’t always this way.

Before the rise of a patriarchal Judeo-Christian belief system, women were revered for being life-bearers, for being wisdom keepers, for being healers, for being the connection between the Unseen and the Seen, for being powerful, discerning leaders of communities, societies, families, cultures.

For 25,000+ years before the patriarchy came into predominance, humanity worshipped a supreme Goddess – the Divine Feminine. She was recognized as the one who gave life, who nurtured, who made life and death decisions. And women were her representatives on earth. Not better than the masculine. Not subservient either.

This ancient, bone-deep knowing that women are spiritually powerful beings meant to lead, guide, guard, and nurture humanity and Life itself still lives within us. It’s in our soul DNA.

The Patriarchy has never forgotten it.

It has always believed in our innate power.

It’s the reason it systematically tore down the Goddess belief system, subjected women to impossible biased laws, and stripped us of our societal power, rights, freedoms, and place. It’s why the creation story was written to make Eve second and to cast her as the downfall of humanity.

It’s why they burned us as witches (witch literally means wise woman).

But women and the Divine Feminine have never lost our innate power.

We are born with it. It is who we are.

The Good Girl Contract works to keep us from remembering who we are and disbelieving in our innate inner authority.

It’s worked for more than 2,000 years.

And it will keep working until we recognize it for what it is and make different choices.

This is why I created a series of videos designed to expose the top 7 invisible rules that are insidiously directing every decision we make – and to bring this awareness to every woman I possibly can.

Because until we expose this for what it truly is and have the awareness to choose differently – the Good Girl Contract will keep running in the background, holding us to conditioning while we’re convinced that we’re living free independent lives.

Until we break the Good Girl Contract, we’re just playing in the box of freedom we’ve been given.

As a middle-aged woman, as a mother, grandmother, and coach to women who are pursuing truly heart-led lives – I know that waking up to this is deep holy work.

I know that until we see this for what it truly is, we will continue to raise generations of women who self-abandon, who play small, who continue to be “the good girl” and get rewarded for it with acceptance and belonging – all the while never truly owning just how deeply powerful, valuable, loved, and entitled we are to our true essence and our sacred role on this earth.

It’s time to Break the Good Girl Contract™.

The next wave of feminism starts within. And it starts here.

Softly. Quietly. Mindfully. Taking the time and making the time to prioritize seeing these rules and patterns and considering how we – how you -- can choose differently.

If this resonates, then I invite you to join Break the Good Girl Contract™.

It’s a short, potent on-demand course created to give you:

Clarity: Spot the 7 hidden “Good Girl” rules silently shaping your choices—and see exactly how they’ve been causing you to abandon yourself.

Truth: Understand where each belief came from and the subtle ways it’s reinforced in even the most accomplished women.

Powerful Reframes: Replace the inherited rules with self-defined standards that honor who you truly are and what you actually choose to believe.

Embodied Practices: Use simple, repeatable tools—journal prompts and micro-rituals—that dissolve guilt and activate your own inner authority.

A New Internal Contract: Create a clear, personal declaration to lead your life with bold inner authority that will shape what the next generation of women believe about themselves.

Depth: Discover exactly what you need to do to take the breakthroughs deeper and intentionally design a life that aligns with your heart and divine feminine energy.

Break the Good Girl Contract™ costs $67, one time payment, lifetime access.

It includes access to a private Telegram group where I engage and interact daily so you have the support you need to let your inner authority settle into your bones and become the foundation for a truly free, heart-led life.

Once you see this, you can’t unsee it.

And that’s the basis for all transformative change.

Awareness alone doesn’t create change, however.

Action does.

Will you be among the women who say “enough” and expose the inner hold the patriarchy has on us? This is holy work.

And the time is now.
