"Held in this Moment" Practice
1. Arrive in the Present
Sit or stand comfortably.
Let your shoulders drop and take one slow breath in, one slow breath out.
Silently acknowledge: “This moment is full and alive.”
2. Sense the Creator’s Presence
Imagine a quiet, luminous presence all around you—
the Loving Creator of All That Is—
like sunlight through leaves or a soft breeze against your skin.
No striving. Just notice: The Source of All That Is is here with me.
3. Name Today’s Abundance
In your mind, name three expressions of abundance in your life right now that you have no power to create—
they can be simple:
the air filling your lungs,
the sun warming you,
the love others give you.
After each one, pause and whisper: “I am held in Your Presence.”
4. Anchor the Awareness
Place a hand on your heart or belly.
Inhale and say: “The One who breathes life into me.”
Exhale and deeply relax: “Is the One who holds me now.”
Repeat for three slow breaths.
5. Close
Open your eyes and gently affirm:
“I will let myself be held as I move through today.”
