I am held by the Divine Beloved,
the Source of all that is,
the Presence that breathes through me.

Love moves through every part of my life,
guiding, sustaining, unfolding all that I am.

I am not separate from the One who made me.
I am the living expression of that Love.

Every breath is a reminder of grace.
Every moment is a chance to return to peace.

When I trust, I align with abundance.
When I soften, I remember truth.
When I give thanks, I expand into wholeness.

The Divine Beloved moves before me,
walks beside me,
and lives within me.

I release control.
I rest in flow.
I am guided, provided for, and deeply loved.

Today, I live as gratitude itself—
calm, certain, and connected
to the Source that has never left me.
